We Accept Medicaid

How It Works

A referral is required for Medicaid billing. Please reach out to your physician and ask for a referral to be faxed to (806) 414-5106. 

If you need us to reach out on your behalf, simply fill out our Request a Referral form below or email us at info@abellatherapy.com with your child’s legal name, date of birth, physician name, and physician practice.

Don’t have Medicaid? We also offer superbills and out-of-pocket assessments!
